CAMPAIGN PERIOD

Campaign Duration

The Trade & Win campaign runs from 1 August 2026 until 31 December 2026, subject to any official extension, amendment or early termination by the campaign organiser.

ACCOUNT ELIGIBILITY

Standard+ Accounts Only

Only eligible Standard+ trading accounts registered under the approved campaign structure may participate and submit a reward redemption request.

TRADING VOLUME

Eligible Lots

Reward eligibility is calculated based on verified trading volume. Eligible Copy Trade lots may also be included in the accumulated lot calculation.

MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS

More Than One Account

One participant may register and operate multiple eligible Standard+ trading accounts, subject to verification and the campaign organiser’s approval.

LOT RESET

Balance Resets After Redemption

After a successful reward redemption, the participant’s accumulated eligible lot balance will reset to zero.

REPEAT CLAIMS

Redeemed Rewards Cannot Be Reclaimed

A reward that has already been successfully redeemed by the same participant may not be claimed again unless written approval is provided by the campaign organiser.

PARTICIPATION

Unlimited Eligible Participants

There is no fixed limit to the number of eligible participants, provided that each participant complies with the campaign requirements and verification process.

Equivalent Reward Substitution

Reward brands, models, colours and specifications are subject to availability. The organiser may provide an alternative reward of similar value where necessary.

Administrative Review

Every redemption request is subject to account verification, trading volume review, participant identity confirmation and compliance with all campaign conditions.

Organiser’s Decision

The campaign organiser reserves the right to reject incomplete, inaccurate, suspicious or non-compliant redemption requests. All final decisions remain subject to official review.

Yes. One participant may register multiple eligible Standard+ trading accounts, subject to account verification and campaign approval.

Are Copy Trade lots included?

Eligible Copy Trade lots may be included in the verified trading volume calculation, subject to the campaign administrator’s review.

What happens after I redeem a reward?

Once the redemption is approved, your accumulated eligible lot balance will reset to zero and you may begin accumulating lots again.

Can I claim the same reward again?

A reward already redeemed by the same participant cannot be claimed again unless the organiser provides written approval.

Are the reward models guaranteed?

Reward models and specifications are subject to availability. An equivalent reward of similar value may be provided where necessary.

How will I know whether my claim is approved?

The administration team will contact you using the information submitted in your redemption form after the verification process is completed.
